Whenever my node discovers a transaction to the address, it will immediately check the price in the same way as demonstrated on the price page. When the transaction is confirmed, the script will message me and ask me to transfer the money. For large amounts and new users I may require more than one confirmation. For very small amounts I will usually wait a bit to see if more arrives before sending with a fee deducted. The fee is explained on the price page. I will, if possible, always try to send before my bank's cut-off time for the day.
